Educational purpose
Dueloo (the “app”), offered by ZOHM Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”), provides quizzes, study plans, current-affairs reads, classes, short learning videos and related content for general learning and exam practice. Everything in Dueloo is meant to support your own preparation. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice, and it does not replace the official syllabus, notifications or study material published by an exam-conducting body.
No affiliation with exam bodies
Dueloo is not affiliated with UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB or any exam-conducting body. We are also not connected to any State Public Service Commission, recruitment board, government department or ministry, and none of them endorse Dueloo.
We use exam names such as UPSC CSE, SSC CGL, IBPS PO, RRB NTPC, NDA or CTET only to describe which exams our practice content is designed for. These names belong to their respective owners. Dueloo does not use any government emblem.
Always check eligibility, syllabus, exam dates, fees and results on the official website or notification of the body that conducts your exam.
No guarantee of results
Regular practice helps, but exam outcomes depend on many things we don’t control. We do not promise or guarantee any marks, rank, cut-off, selection or job. XP, streaks, league ranks, Ranker Cards and in-app scores measure your activity inside Dueloo. They are not predictions of how you will do in a real exam.
Accuracy of content
We check our questions, answers, explanations and current-affairs summaries with care, but mistakes can happen, and facts change over time: schemes are renamed, laws are amended, rates and rankings are updated. Content is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranty that it is complete, current or error-free.
Some content is created by instructors, creators or members of a squad. Those views and materials belong to their authors and don’t necessarily reflect ours.
If you spot an error, please tell us in the app under Help & Support → Report a problem, or write to support@dueloo.com with the question and what looks wrong. We review every report and correct what we find.
Knowledge-based, no real money
Dueloo is 100% knowledge-based and free to play. Every result is decided by your answers alone. Rewards are XP, coins, league rank, Ranker Cards and bragging rights. Coins and Ranker Cards have no cash value, can’t be withdrawn and can’t be exchanged for money. Buying Dueloo Pro or a coin pack never buys a win. See our Terms of Use for details.

Dueloo may link to or open websites, videos, app stores, payment pages and other services that we don’t own or control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse them. Please read their terms and policies before you use them.
