Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ZOHM Technologies Private Limited (“ZOHM”, “we”, “us”), the company that offers the Dueloo app, the website at dueloo.com and related services (together, “Dueloo”). By creating an account or using Dueloo, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Disclaimer. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Dueloo.

What Dueloo is

Dueloo is a quiz and exam-preparation app for aspirants of Indian government exams. It includes study plans (My Prep), 1v1 quiz duels, scheduled Battle Royale rounds, daily current affairs, squads, leagues and XP, collectible Ranker Cards, classes and short learning videos, in English and हिंदी.

Dueloo is free to play and 100% knowledge-based. Every result is decided by the answers you give; in timed modes, faster correct answers score more. Rewards are XP, coins, league rank, Ranker Cards and bragging rights. There is no real-money play on Dueloo.

Who can use Dueloo

You may use Dueloo if you can form a binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use Dueloo only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use, including any purchase.

Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP) sent over WhatsApp or SMS. Keep your phone and OTPs to yourself; never share an OTP with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Dueloo.
• One person, one account. Don’t create accounts for others, share or sell an account, or use someone else’s.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Your name, username and avatar must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@dueloo.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Fair play

Dueloo only works if every result is earned. You agree not to:

• use scripts, auto-answer tools, tools that pull answers out of the app, modified apps or any other automation;
• look up or share answers with other players during a live round, or play in a team against a single opponent;
• create or use multiple accounts, or use fake referrals, to collect extra rewards;
• deliberately lose, trade wins, or arrange results with other players;
• exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to us;
• copy, scrape or republish Dueloo’s questions or content.

We use automated checks and manual review to protect fair play. If we find a breach, we may void results, remove XP, coins, cards or rank earned unfairly, and suspend or close the account.

Community rules

Squads, chat, voice lobbies, comments and profiles are shared spaces. Be respectful. You agree not to post, send or say anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;
• is hateful towards any religion, caste, community, gender, region or other group;
• is sexual, obscene or violent, or involves minors in any harmful way;
• is spam, a scam, fraud or an attempt to get someone’s OTP, money or personal details;
• promotes or encourages self-harm, or is otherwise unlawful;
• shares another person’s private information, or content you don’t have the right to share, such as copyrighted notes, books or videos;
• impersonates Dueloo, an instructor, a public official or anyone else.

Voice in the Battle Royale lobby and in challenges is live and is not recorded by us. You can mute others or leave at any time. Use the in-app Report and Block options, or write to us, if someone breaks these rules. We may remove content and restrict or close accounts that do.

Content you share

You keep ownership of the notes, questions, messages, videos and other content you create on Dueloo. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, reproduce and share that content within Dueloo so the features work (for example, showing your notes to your squad), and to moderate it. If you make content public, such as a reel, you also allow us to show it in Dueloo’s own promotions. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared with others or kept where the law requires.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload and that it doesn’t break these Terms or any law.

Coins, Ranker Cards and other virtual items

Dueloo has virtual items, including coins, Ranker Cards, chests, hearts, XP, badges and league ranks. You can earn them by playing and learning, from referrals and events, and you can buy coin packs.

• Virtual items are a limited, personal, revocable licence to use a feature inside Dueloo. You don’t own them, and they are not property, currency or a stored-value instrument.
• Ranker Cards are collectible and cosmetic. Where the app allows, you can trade cards with other players for coins inside Dueloo. Trades are final once completed.
• We may change how virtual items work, what they cost in-app, or how they are earned, and we may correct balances created by errors, bugs, fraud or a breach of these Terms.
• Unused virtual items are not refundable and end when your account is closed, except where our Refund & Cancellation Policy or the law says otherwise.

Dueloo Pro

Dueloo Pro is an optional subscription that raises daily limits and unlocks extra features, such as more duels and hearts, all difficulty levels, more chest slots, 1.5× XP and the daily Current Affairs quiz. Pro changes access and limits; it never changes the outcome of a match.

• Price. Pro has three plans: Monthly at ₹99 a month, Quarterly at ₹249 for 3 months and Yearly at ₹799 a year. On Android, Pro is sold through Google Play, and the price and plan length are shown in Google Play at purchase. The price and period shown on the purchase screen before you pay apply. Prices include applicable taxes where shown.
• No free trial. Pro has no free trial or introductory offer. You are charged when you subscribe.
• Auto-renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. On Android, cancel in Google Play; if you pay us directly, cancel in Manage Pro in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Google Play purchases are also subject to Google Play’s terms.
• We may change Pro features or prices. We’ll tell you before a price change applies to your subscription, and Google Play notifies you of price changes for subscriptions billed through it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Google Play billing or by an authorized payment gateway. We don’t see or store your full card details or UPI PIN. You agree to pay the amounts shown at checkout and confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method. If a payment fails, is reversed or is found to be fraudulent, we may remove what it paid for.

Our intellectual property

Dueloo, its name and logo, the app, website, questions, explanations, study plans, artwork, league crests, Ranker Card designs, videos and software belong to ZOHM or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Dueloo for your own learning. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of Dueloo, except where the law allows.

Third-party services

Dueloo relies on and links to services run by others, such as Google Play, payment gateways, messaging providers and video platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability and changes

We keep improving Dueloo, so features, content, daily limits and schedules (such as Battle Royale times) can change, and some features may be paused or retired. We aim to keep Dueloo available, but we don’t promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled rounds may be cancelled or rescheduled for technical or operational reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Dueloo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. We don’t guarantee any exam result; see the Disclaimer.

To the extent the law allows, ZOHM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, opportunity or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Dueloo is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate ZOHM for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of Dueloo.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Dueloo at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other players or Dueloo. Where reasonable, we’ll tell you why. When an account is closed, access to it and to its virtual items ends. If you think we made a mistake, write to us and we’ll review it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Subject to that, the courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or Dueloo.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the app or by another reasonable means. If you keep using Dueloo after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
